At FridayAI (powered by Renan Partners), we’re building the next-generation AI analytics platform to empower businesses with cutting-edge generative AI solutions. As a Generative AI Engineer Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of developing LLMs, optimizing AI models, and integrating AI-driven insights into enterprise workflows. This role is perfect for those who love pushing the boundaries of AI and solving complex challenges!

🛠️ Responsibilities

1. Design & Develop generative AI models for structured and unstructured data.
2. Fine-tune & Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise analytics.
3. Build and maintain AI pipelines for training, inference, and deployment.
4. Develop AI-driven insights and automation features for the FridayAI platform.
5. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate generative AI into enterprise applications.
6. Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in NLP, multimodal AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
7. Optimize model efficiency and scalability for real-time applications.
8. Work with product and design teams to ensure AI solutions align with user needs.

🎯 Additional Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
2. Strong experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral) and fine-tuning techniques.
3. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX for AI model development.
4. Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and RAG-based systems.
5. Hands-on experience with AI model deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
6. Strong understanding of transformer architectures, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning.
7. Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-based models, and knowledge graphs is a plus!
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and tackle complex AI challenges.
