What You’ll Be Doing as a Software Engineer 💻

As a Software Engineer at Indegene, you’ll work on a wide range of projects that blend technology with healthcare solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Tag Management & Implementation:
   • Work with Tag Management Solutions (TMS) like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Launch, Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium, and Ensighten.
   • Write JavaScript code to meet client-driven business requirements.
2. Site Optimization & Analytics:
   • Implement analytics strategies to measure user experiences, both online and in physical locations.
   • Leverage Clickstream Data and develop enterprise-level solutions using Adobe and Google Analytics platforms.
3. Marketing Performance Analysis:
   • Aggregate, clean, and transform data from marketing and click-stream APIs.
   • Conduct A/B testing and Multivariate Testing (MVT) using tools like Adobe Target.
4. Data Visualization & Reporting:
   • Create data visualization dashboards using Workspace, Google Data Studio, MS Excel, and Adobe Report Builder.
5. Agile Development:
   • Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications You’ll Need

Indegene is looking for passionate, detail-oriented individuals with a strong interest in technology and healthcare solutions. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

Must-Have Skills:

• Tag Management Systems (TMS): Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/Omniture SiteCatalyst, or Matomo/Piwik.
• Tag Managers: Familiarity with Adobe Launch/DTM, Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager, Piwik Pro, and Signal/Bright Tag.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
• Data Analytics: Strong understanding of digital analytics, especially Clickstream Data.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Optimization Platforms: Experience with Adobe Target, Google Optimize, or Optimizely.
• Client-Facing Experience: At least 1+ year in a client-facing role for solutioning or technology evangelism.
• Markup Languages: Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Data Visualization: Ability to create dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, MS Excel, and Adobe Report Builder.
