Premier International is looking for an entry-level Data Migration Developer to join their offshore consulting team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will:
✅ Work directly with clients to understand their data needs.
✅ Develop custom data solutions using SQL, PowerShell, Excel, VBA, and Premier’s Applaud software.
✅ Assist companies in large-scale technology transformations (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
✅ Travel to the United States and internationally for client engagements.
✅ Receive mentorship and coaching from industry experts.

🎯 What You Need to Succeed:

✔ 1+ year experience working with structured data (analysis, reporting, transformation).
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field.
✔ Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge (queries, data manipulation).
✔ Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VBA).
✔ Basic programming/scripting experience (PowerShell, Windows Batch Scripting a plus).
✔ Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
✔ Excellent communication & leadership abilities.
✔ High attention to detail & accountability.
✔ Ability to work extended hours when needed.
✔ Willingness to travel internationally.
