Key Responsibilities

As a QA-SDET I, you will be responsible for:

1. Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical designs to provide valuable feedback.
2. Creating detailed test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
3. Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using leading testing tools.
4. Identifying, recording, and tracking bugs using defect tracking tools.
5. Performing regression testing to verify resolved issues.
6. Collaborating with developers and product managers to meet system requirements.
7. Monitoring and reporting debugging results.
8. Tracking quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open issues.
9. Staying up-to-date with modern testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

✅ Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum of 1 year in software development and QA.
✅ Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
✅ Experience in writing test plans and test cases.
✅ Hands-on experience in:

• White-box and black-box testing
• Performance and load testing
• Automated testing tools
  ✅ Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  ✅ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  ✅ Experience with performance and security testing (preferred).
