Roles & Responsibilities
As a Cloud Database Administrator, you will:
🔹 Manage and optimize SQL Server databases on cloud platforms.
🔹 Perform backup, recovery, and tuning of databases.
🔹 Develop scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Perl.
🔹 Participate in DevOps processes to ensure efficient deployment.
🔹 Work on capacity planning and ensure optimal resource utilization.
🔹 Provide support for AWS services and cloud database management.
🔹 Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend solutions.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure.
🔹 Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
✅ SQL Server expertise, including performance tuning and T-SQL programming.
✅ Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
✅ Knowledge of Windows OS management and tuning.
✅ Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
✅ Understanding of other RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, DB2, or Oracle (preferred).
✅ Experience with operating systems like Linux.
✅ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
✅ Flexibility to work in different shifts to support global operations.
✅ Experience with storage systems, networking, and capacity planning.
✅ Excellent project management and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
💡 Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools.
