As a Trainee Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring an uninterrupted supply of materials to support production and sales. Your key responsibilities include:
- 📦 Material Management: Ordering, availability, and scheduling to maintain inventory levels.
- 🖥 System Operations: Using Oracle and Digital Cockpit for inventory tracking and analysis.
- 🚚 Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborating with suppliers for packaging, replenishment planning, and issue resolution.
- 📋 Inventory Optimization: Rescheduling materials to control stock levels effectively.
- 🔍 Root Cause Analysis: Investigating material shortages and implementing solutions.
- 📊 Phase-in/Phase-out Planning: Managing new product introduction to minimize obsolete stock.
- 🏭 On-site Inspections: Conducting daily floor walks and investigating material receiving issues.
