Job Responsibilities:

As an Associate – Tech Operations, you will:

✅ System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor the health and performance of technical systems.
✅ Incident Management: Respond to technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
✅ System Deployment & Configuration: Assist in deploying and configuring systems and applications.
✅ Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and availability.
✅ Documentation: Maintain procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting documentation.
✅ Automation Support: Support scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency.
✅ 24/7 Support: Participate in on-call rotations for critical system support.
