As we expand our data team, we are looking for a Data and Analytics Support Engineer to join us remotely in India.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data and Analytics Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide incident, problem, and service request management through tools like ServiceNow, email, or Teams chat.
- Work closely with internal teams to prioritize and resolve data issues.
- Assist with the delivery and processing of data inquiries and issues, ensuring smooth data management.
- Log, document, and assign issues to appropriate teams, providing root cause analysis.
- Perform automated data quality checks and generate reports on issues.
- Manage analytical data assets in databases, BI applications, and data warehouses.
- Administer analytical applications such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Assist end-users with data and analytics queries, providing demos and training as necessary.
- Support cross-functional teams in company-wide projects.

Key Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with SQL databases, Python programming, and AWS cloud deployment.
- Proficiency with Snowflake SQL, Tableau, and Power BI systems.
- Strong knowledge of data management lifecycles (collection, cataloguing, ETL design, database management).
- Ability to manage multitasking and work independently to demanding timelines.
- Proven track record of reliability and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a 24×7 support model.
