Quality Assurance:

• Inspect and approve the quality of perishables like meat, seafood, and produce during inbound shipments at distribution centers (DCs) and vendor locations.
• Reject defective items and document all rejections by vendor, item, and quantity.

Packaging Oversight:

• Audit packing processes to ensure compliance with Amazon’s high standards.
• Train associates at spokes and DCs on quality checks, SOPs, and packaging standards.

Process Improvement:

• Conduct weekly audits of bins and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Use your insights to recommend and implement solutions that drive quality improvements.
