Job Role Overview
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will work with the Operation Center in India to build intelligent AI-powered solutions for transformer engineering, manufacturing, and operational workflows. The role involves developing machine learning pipelines, integrating Generative AI applications, supporting cloud-based AI infrastructure, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end AI and Machine Learning pipelines for engineering and manufacturing workflows.
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
- Design and integrate Generative AI applications including LLM-based assistants and RAG systems.
- Support development of agentic AI workflows for enterprise automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and digital product teams.
- Convert engineering requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Assist in implementing MLOps and GenAIOps best practices.
- Perform testing, validation, and performance optimization of AI models.
- Prepare technical documentation for AI architectures and workflows.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and continuous learning initiatives.
