Key Responsibilities

As an Associate ServiceDesk, you will:

Ticket Triage and Routing

  • Review incoming support tickets.
  • Gather complete issue details from users.
  • Assign tickets to appropriate resolver teams.
  • Ensure proper categorization and prioritization.

Inbound Support Handling

  • Receive and manage customer support calls.
  • Create accurate support tickets.
  • Document issues clearly and professionally.
  • Provide first-level assistance when applicable.

Escalation Management

  • Handle customer escalations regarding service issues.
  • Ensure timely communication with resolver teams.
  • Track escalation progress until appropriate ownership is established.

SLA Monitoring

  • Monitor support queues and ticket status.
  • Identify tickets approaching SLA deadlines.
  • Notify team leads regarding potential SLA breaches.
  • Support overall service quality objectives.

Level 1 Operational Tasks

  • Execute standard Level 1 support procedures.
  • Perform routine operational checks.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Conduct environment health verification activities.

Coordination with Operations Teams

  • Work closely with Network Operations Center (NOC) teams.
  • Stay informed during service outages.
  • Support internal communication processes during incidents.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:
