Key Responsibilities
- Write and review specifications for system components of simple complexity.
- Implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews under guidance from senior engineers.
- Operate in various development environments and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Complete bug fixes and apply test-driven development (TDD) knowledge.
- Gather and analyze requirements for software development projects.
- Resolve basic technical issues and stay updated on new technologies.
- Understand software development methodologies, data modeling, and applicable development languages.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Python, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, Linux, and .Net.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and other software development methodologies.

- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members.
