Internship Description

Main Activities & Responsibilities

  • Support digital transformation in the Purchasing Process, including autonomous maintenance of Handler Logs and Portfolio Activities.
  • Assist in Order Management and priority handling of Aftermarket Requisitions.
  • Create Supplier Dashboards and perform analyses for buyers and managers: Price Inconsistency Analysis, 80/20 Analysis, ABC Analysis, Volume Trend Analysis, Material Cost Levels Report, Supplier Spend Analysis, Part Price Evolution, and Cost per KG Analysis.
  • Support Supplier Integration initiatives such as establishing EDI connections, Supplier Portal access, and administration of Supplier Base (creation, addition, deletion of Parma codes).
  • Provide Taxonomy and Segmentation Support to buyers, segment owners, and management.
  • Maintain various department dashboards and reports to ensure structured and efficient data flow.
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Learn and apply best practices for digital transformation and automation projects, including RPA or similar technologies.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology with a minimum of 65% CGPI (Passing year 2024/2025).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, and digital automation projects.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office and Excel programming.
    • Knowledge of RPA or similar digital transformation tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Quick learner with competence-building mindset.
