Role Overview – Data Scientist, People Analytics

As a Data Scientist in the People Analytics team, you will be part of a resourceful group delivering high-quality analytics to HR and business leaders. Your work will help shape workforce planning, performance management, cultural initiatives, and employee experience at ABB.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional global teams to lead analytics projects from requirement gathering to insight delivery
  • Develop advanced statistical and machine learning models including regression, clustering, forecasting, decision trees, and neural networks
  • Build predictive models, scalable frameworks, and ML solutions using Python, R, Snowflake, and NoSQL
  • Translate complex HR and business data into actionable insights through Power BI, Advanced Excel, and VBA visualizations
  • Execute strategic analytics projects focused on workforce performance, cultural development, and employee experience
