Role Overview
As a Generative AI Developer (Fresher), your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop AI models and assist in generative AI projects
- Analyze and preprocess data for AI model training and evaluation
- Implement solutions to enhance processes or create new content using AI
- Work with frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas
- Apply strong programming fundamentals including OOPs, algorithms, and data structures
- Contribute to software documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Stay updated with AI industry trends and emerging technologies
- Collaborate effectively with team members, following Agile methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: BE, ME, B.Tech, M.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, or equivalent
- Strong OOPs knowledge and understanding of MVC architecture
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like Django, Ruby on Rails, AngularJS, or C++ (advantageous)
- Familiarity with databases including SQL Server or MySQL
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
- Excellent communication, logical, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on AI/ML projects
- Motivation to learn generative AI workflows, model fine-tuning, and evaluation

- Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
- Working Model: On-site work at CIS locations in India
- Must be willing to travel or relocate for global on-site opportunities including the USA, UK, Australia, and Middle East
