Role Overview – Associate – IT
As an Associate – IT at Eurofins, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing IT infrastructure components, supporting Windows/Linux systems, and assisting in application troubleshooting. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with internship experience in IT support and system administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-quality infrastructure support with 24×7 monitoring of all systems
- Act as L1 Ops Engineer to resolve basic infrastructure issues
- Support server, network, database, and application teams during incidents
- Troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, VMware, firewalls, switches, and routers
- Monitor applications including IIS and ASP.NET and perform basic troubleshooting
- Handle SQL database event monitoring and support
- Maintain documentation and follow ITIL/DevOps best practices
