👩‍💻 About the Technical Support Intern Role

As a Technical Support Intern, you will work closely with customers during onboarding and ongoing support. You will troubleshoot integration issues, analyze API requests and responses, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex incidents.

This role is not just customer-facing support—it is highly technical and requires strong debugging skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to interpret logs, SQL queries, and API responses.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

📩 Customer Support & Troubleshooting

  • Assist customers via email, chat, calls, and other channels
  • Troubleshoot API, Web SDK, and Mobile SDK integration issues
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction with timely resolutions

🔍 API & Log Analysis

  • Analyze API requests and responses
  • Interpret HTTP methods (GET, POST, etc.)
  • Debug authentication and JSON-related issues
  • Identify root causes using logs and error codes

🛠 Tools & Debugging

  • Use Postman to reproduce and debug API integration issues
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis
  • Support validation of fixes and assist in basic testing

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Escalate complex issues with detailed reproduction steps
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Solutions teams
  • Document troubleshooting processes in internal knowledge bases
