Internship Role: Research Intern, AI 🔍
As a Research Intern AI, you will work closely with SHL’s AI team on advanced machine learning and deep learning challenges. The role focuses on building, experimenting, and optimizing AI models that can be deployed in real-world enterprise applications.
This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy research-driven problem solving, working with data, and experimenting with the latest AI techniques including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multimodal AI systems.
Key Responsibilities 📌
- Work on advanced AI/ML models in NLP, speech/audio processing, and computer vision
- Prototype and experiment with generative AI models such as LLMs, RAG systems, and multimodal AI
- Assist in developing and optimizing AI/ML solutions for real-world business applications
- Implement orchestration frameworks and performance monitoring tools for AI systems
- Collaborate on building scalable ML models and integrating them into production environments
