Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced machine learning products that power customer-facing and internal systems
- Transform data science prototypes into scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions
- Codify and automate complex machine learning pipelines, including optimisation and orchestration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and deliver large or complex projects
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ML solutions
- Productionise machine learning models, including pipeline design, testing, deployment, and validation
- Create frameworks to monitor model performance, accuracy, and quality in production environments
- Identify model degradation and implement retraining or optimisation strategies
- Lead direct reports and contribute to Agile delivery within multidisciplinary data and analytics teams
