Role Overview – Graduate Engineer Trainee
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will support the Third-Party Security Risk (TPSR) team, helping assess and manage security risks associated with external vendors and service providers. This role provides hands-on experience in vendor risk management, security due diligence, and risk treatment processes.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Invesco’s Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) Policy and Third-Party Security Risk Program, while learning how large enterprises handle third-party security and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
As an Invesco Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will:
- Assist in triaging third-party service requests
- Determine inherent risk ratings using the TPSR scoring model
- Support security due diligence by reviewing vendor documentation
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of third-party security assessments
- Maintain records of assessments, risk treatment plans, and compliance status
- Collaborate with Vendor Relationship Owners (VROs) to track remediation actions
- Participate in periodic reassessments and monitor changes in vendor services
- Prepare reports and dashboards for Global Security management
- Stay updated on security, privacy, and business continuity requirements
- Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions
