Role Overview
As a MERN Stack Developer Intern, you will work on designing, developing, and optimizing modern web applications. The role provides hands-on exposure to full-stack application development, performance optimization, cloud deployment, and agile workflows.
You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers, contributing directly to production-ready applications used in real business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Optimization
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and responsiveness
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Front-End & UI Development 🎨
- Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js
- Work with Redux and Next.js (preferred)
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Convert UI/UX wireframes into high-quality front-end code
Back-End Development & API Management
- Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js
- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- Optimize database schemas and queries using MongoDB and Mongoose
- Apply caching strategies and performance tuning techniques
Version Control, CI/CD & Cloud ☁️
- Manage code repositories using Git, GitHub, or GitLab
