Role Overview
As an Associate – Data Science, you will support Commercial Analytics and Customer Analytics initiatives by developing analytical solutions that enable better business decisions. The role involves working closely with customer-facing environments to deliver actionable insights, scalable analytics solutions, and automated reporting.
You will apply statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, Python, SQL, and visualization tools to solve complex business problems and support go-to-market and customer-centric strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and implement analytics models using Python and SQL
• Apply statistical and machine learning models such as regression, classification, K-Means clustering, and hierarchical clustering
• Develop insights using structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
• Use MS Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and business results
• Automate data preparation, analytics pipelines, and reporting processes
• Deliver actionable insights to identify improvement opportunities
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support customer-focused analytics initiatives
