Role Overview
As a Junior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for executing and improving automated and manual testing strategies for the Decisions platform. You will collaborate with teams across Cloud Ops, R&D, Customer Success, and Support to identify issues early, improve product stability, and ensure high-quality releases in fast-paced development cycles.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated and manual test cases across multiple platform versions
- Write automation scripts using C# or Java with Selenium or Playwright
- Identify, track, document, and report defects clearly to stakeholders
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and leadership on release readiness
- Create detailed test reports used for release tracking and quality metrics
- Understand enterprise integrations and plan effective testing strategies
- Assist in training team members on testing processes and tools
- Proactively identify risks, quality gaps, and improvement opportunities
