Key Responsibilities
- Analyze all security incidents tagged on SVigil
- Interpret scan results to assess severity and impact of vulnerabilities
- Generate detailed reports with remediation strategies and business impact
- Keep updated with cybersecurity trends, threats, and vendor risk management best practices
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and handle inquiries
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with CloudSEK products
- Assist in resolving client issues and communicate updates effectively
- Deliver solutions according to customer objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex security problems
