Role Overview
As a QA Intern, you will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams and gain hands-on experience across the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). The role involves manual testing of mobile and web applications, creating test cases, identifying defects, and supporting regression testing. You will test Poshmark’s applications across iOS, Android, and Web platforms, ensuring high-quality user experiences for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely across all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Perform manual QA testing for new and existing product features
- Conduct end-to-end testing of Poshmark applications across iOS, Android, and Web platforms
- Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and user stories
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
- Perform root cause analysis for identified issues and assign bugs to the appropriate development teams
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure bugs are fixed and validated
- Review bug descriptions, functional requirements, and design documents
- Support testing for new product features and enhancements
- Run and perform regular regression testing
- Debug and enhance existing test suites to improve coverage and quality
