Role Overview – Associate Technical Support Engineer
The Associate Technical Support Engineer at New Relic is the first line of support for customers experiencing installation, configuration, and performance issues. You will work closely with internal engineering teams to resolve advanced technical problems, provide empathetic customer service, and advocate for customer needs in product development discussions.
