Role Overview
The Engineer – IT, AI Enablement role focuses on developing AI-driven tools, agent workflows, and automation frameworks that enhance enterprise productivity and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with global teams to build rapid prototypes, integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, and ensure solutions meet the highest standards of security, governance, and compliance.
This position is uniquely crafted for individuals eager to explore modern AI technologies such as RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, Model Context Protocol (MCP), cloud AI platforms, and intelligent automation tools like UiPath and Copilot Studio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI-driven tools, intelligent automations, and workflows using platforms such as UiPath, Copilot Studio, and internal enterprise frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents with systems like SharePoint, M365, enterprise APIs, and knowledge bases to ensure smooth data exchange and operational continuity.
- Identify repetitive processes and build smart automation solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams, security teams, and stakeholders to support AI adoption and AI literacy across departments.
- Follow best practices in AI governance, data security, threat modeling, and responsible AI usage.
- Implement authentication and authorization standards using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Entra ID, AD FS, or similar identity platforms.
- Build context-aware AI systems using RAG, semantic chunking, long-horizon memory, and context window optimization.
- Design and deploy multi-agent workflows for decision-making, automation, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Work with cloud AI platforms including Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Ensure continuous improvement by gathering feedback, optimizing systems, and contributing to innovation-focused engineering practices.
